| If you are not happy with any purchase from us you may return it to us unused within 7 working days from receipt. Please inform us by telephone or e-mail (helpdesk@ro-man.com) that you intend to return the goods so that we know who they have come from! In all cases we will refund your money (within 30 days) or exchange it for a different model (whichever you prefer). Where the goods are faulty we will also refund the cost of posting the goods back to us. All goods are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing faults. |
