Delivery

England, Wales, Northern ireland and parts of Scotland….

Depending on the size of your order your delivery will be made either by DHL or by Royal Mail.

DHL will only leave the parcel at the address specified.  They will not take notice of notes on the door to say leave it next door or in a safe place.  If you will not be in when your delivery is to be made (between 9.00am and 5.30pm Mon to Fri) please make a note in the comments box for the parcel to be left with a neighbour or supply an alternative address that the parcel can be delivered to.  We are unable to ask the courier to leave the parcel on the porch or in the garage etc, the parcel must be signed for.

If the Courier tries to deliver and there is no-one home they will leave a bright yellow card with a telephone number to call.  If no-one calls they will make a further attempt the following day and leave a second yellow card.  If you contact them after the second time they will charge us to deliver a third time, this cost will be passed on to you.

If you do not contact them within 24 hours they will return the parcel to us and further delivery charges will be incurred if you want the parcel re-delivered.

The Royal Mail – Any parcels sent via the Royal Mail are sent first class recorded delivery.  These tend to be smaller items with delivery costs under £5.00

FREE DELIVERY

When spending over £175.00 you can select the free delivery option.  Please note that this is a SEVEN WORKING DAY service, this means that your parcel will be delivered within seven working days.

STANDARD PAID SERVICE

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

The Islands of Scotland, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight

Deliveries to these places incur extra delivery costs please email our helpdesk BEFORE placing an order.

Overseas orders

We only accept orders from overseas at our discretion.  Please email us for a delivery cost to your country BEFORE placing an order.
