Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed and you have created an account online with us, you will be able to track your deliver and its progression. Your account will provide updates on your order and dispatch information. We advise customers to check this for any updates regarding their order.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders placed online or via telephone before 12pm Monday to Friday on the same day, provided the item is in stock. For RO Systems and Units that require assembly we aim to have these dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery
We dispatch all our items through Royal Mail, DHL or TNT depending on the size of your order. All orders shipped with Royal Mail are sent on a 48 hour service. Should you wish your order to be expedited we can send this on a 24 hour service or special delivery at a small additional postage charge.
For larger items sent via courier services we aim to have these sent within 2 – 3 days. Orders can be tracked via the courier website and tracking numbers will be provided.
Ireland, Europe and International Delivery
Orders placed from Ireland, Europe and Internationally are always welcomed. Please note that the shipping charges outlined below are estimate only. Once we have received and processed your order, we may be in touch regarding any further delivery charges. We would advise that customers wishing to place an order to be delivered to Europe or internationally that they contact us prior to ordering and we will discuss the best options for shipping.
Please note that any tariffs or taxes incurred under EU law are at the customers expense.

Returns
We are confident that all our products are excellent quality and will provide excellent results but should you be dissatisfied with your purchase we will offer a 30 day refund policy on any unused products. We would ask that prior to returning an item that our customers would contact us first. We would like to assist our customers as much as possible and discuss the items to be returned and hopefully offer an alternative solution first.
Guarantee
RO-Man offers a 12 month guarantee against any manufacturing faults for RO systems purchased from us. If you are experiencing difficulties with your system we would ask that customer contact us as many issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently without the need for any product returns. Should the issue require repairing or replacement we will arrange for the item to be delivered back to us and will aim to have this resolve swiftly.
Replacement cartridge, membranes and other expendable parts are not covered under this guarantee and should be replaced regularly by the system owner.
